For any trade that has to write it up

You already did the job. Don't do it twice.

Talk through the visit the way you'd tell a colleague. Audiolog writes the paperwork in your trade's own words, and never puts in anything you didn't say.

A fire alarm service visit · 6 seconds

"Tested a call point on each zone, all sounded fine. Zone 3 detector at loop address 47 was in fault, cleaned it and it reset. Log book's got nowt in it since March."

Service visit record

A manual call point was tested on each zone in rotation; all sounders operated correctly. The detector at loop address 47 on zone 3 was in fault. It was cleaned and the fault reset. The log book has had no entries since March.

Quicker to do. Harder to get wrong.

Three things change the day you start using it.

⏱

Quicker

Say it once, on the walk back to the van. The write-up is done before you've started the engine. No typing it all out again at nine at night.

🎯

More accurate

It writes only what you said. Every record is read back against your own words, looking for anything added: a dose, a side, a date, a claim. If it wasn't said, it isn't written.

🪶

Easier

No templates, no tick-boxes, no training day. Talk the way you already talk — your accent, your shorthand, your trade's words. It knows what they mean.

See it in action

What you said, and what came back

Pick a trade. This is real house style, built from that trade's own wording. Your own notes always stay private.

No sign-up needed to try this.

Try it on your own notes🔒 Private by design — never used to train AI

You do the job. Then you do it again.

Every trade that keeps records does the work twice — once with the customer, once at a keyboard. Only one of those is paid.

  • Typing up what you already said out loud
  • Notes that read differently depending who wrote them
  • Generic AI that doesn't know your trade's words
  • Evenings and weekends lost to paperwork
"By the end of the day I've still got all the reports to write." — the problem Audiolog was built to solve.
How it works

Three steps, and you're done

1

Talk

Press record and say what happened, the way you'd tell a colleague. Any British accent. Or type it, if you'd rather.

2

It writes

Your paperwork comes back in your trade's own words, in the documents your trade actually uses, in your own house style.

3

You check and sign

Read it, change anything, sign it off. Nothing goes anywhere without you. Anything missing is listed as a question, not guessed.

The part nobody else will show you

It will not write what you did not say.

The danger with AI paperwork isn't that it's slow. It's that it sounds right and isn't. A dose nobody mentioned. A side nobody said. A check nobody did. You'd sign it, because it reads like your own work.

So every record is read back against your words

First by code, which counts every number, side, date and claim in the record and looks for any that never appeared in what you said. Then by a second opinion, which reads both and looks for anything invented. If either finds something, the record is rewritten once — and the rewrite is only kept if it's genuinely better and hasn't quietly dropped one of your facts.

When something can't be worked out from what you said, it isn't filled in. It's marked [not stated] and raised as a question for the person who was there.

And we measured it

We wrote 75 notes across sixteen trades, each one built to tempt it into making something up — a dose described only as "the usual", a batch number nobody read out, a swallowing level that would be followed at every meal, a risk conversation that never happened, a side that was never said.

75notes built to trip it up
73right first time
75right after its own check
0false facts got past

It's a safety net, not a guarantee. You still read and sign every record, and you're still the one responsible for it. That's the point.

Sixteen trades so far

Yours probably isn't one of them yet. That's rather the point.

Audiolog learns a trade by learning how that trade writes: the words it uses, the documents it produces, and the things it must never claim. Sixteen are done and tested. Adding one takes about a week.
